Coach for People of Color

As a Black woman and a Co-Active Practioner, Angela Shaw understands firsthand what it means to navigate a workplace, a community, and a country that too often fail to see past the color of your skin. She doesn’t coach from theory — she coaches from lived experience. Rooted in the Co-Active model, Angela partners with each client as a naturally creative, resourceful, and whole individual, meeting them exactly where they are while holding a powerful vision of who they’re becoming. Through deep listening, intuition, and courageous, curiosity-driven conversation, she helps clients move past the internalized weight of being overlooked, underestimated, or made invisible — and into a fuller expression of their own power, voice, and purpose. Angela believes success isn’t about learning to shrink or code-switch to survive systems that weren’t built with you in mind; it’s about reclaiming your full self and building a life and career on your own terms. For clients of color who are ready to stop managing other people’s perceptions and start designing a life of fulfillment, balance, and authentic process, Angela offers not just coaching — but a partnership grounded in shared understanding and unshakable belief in what’s possible.
