Parenting Coaching
Angela Shaw brings a rare blend of personal and professional depth to her coaching for parents. As the proud mother of a USC student and of a transgender daughter, Angela knows intimately what it means to champion a child through milestones, challenges, and a world that isn’t always kind to who they are. With 10 years of experience in juvenile justice and juvenile mental health, she has walked alongside families in some of the most difficult, high-stakes moments a parent can face — and she brings that same steady, non-judgmental presence into her coaching practice. Grounded in the Co-Active model, Angela partners with parents as whole, capable people — not just caretakers — helping them show up fully for their children without losing themselves in the process. She holds space for the exhaustion, the worry, and the quiet guilt so many parents carry, while gently challenging the belief that self-care is optional or selfish. Angela helps her clients understand that a well, whole parent is one of the greatest gifts they can give their child — and that finding time, space, and grace for yourself isn’t a departure from good parenting, it’s the foundation of it. For parents ready to stop pouring from an empty cup and start building a life of balance, purpose, and renewed energy, Angela offers coaching rooted in real experience, real compassion, and real results.
